We are working with a recruitment organisation who are looking for a head of Transformation with experience in driving change within a sales function.

6 months contract - £ 800 p/d outside of IR35 - hybrid work

* Sales functions/sales transformation experience is essential
* Proven track record of delivering and driving change management
* Creative thinker, comfortable with uncertainties inherent in programme management
* Experience in creating Target Operating Model (TOM)
* Evidence of delivering high quality, consistent and complex change at scope, achieving value and positive outcomes.
* Experience of leading and managing teams.
* Agile
* Experience in running workshops
* Extensive experience delivering organisational and cultural change within a large-
scale transformation programme, dealing with a portfolio of different projects
* Understanding of the change management process
* Innovative - Think creatively to find new ways of addressing key issues and opportunities
