Salary of £25k to £30k
You will be responsible: Ticket Management, Incident/ Problem Management, Application Support, Communication Support, User Administration and Device Set Up/ Management.
Have an understanding of a broad technical background and proficient in supporting the following:
oBasic Networking - VPN & WiFI
oMicrosoft Authenticator (MFA)
oCherwell/ServiceNow (or similar)
