First Line Support Analyst

The JM Group is working with a Financial Services firm and is seeking a First Line Support Analyst on a contract basis in London to start as soon as possible.

This role will provide 1st to 2nd line end user service desk support as part of a team to circa 300 people.

The ideal First Line Support Analyst will have the following key skills and experience -


*1-2 years IT support experience
*Experience of Microsoft Tech Stack including
oWindows server
oActive Directory
*MS Office suite
*Worked with ticketing systems
*Able to troubleshoot effectively
*Good experience with technical hardware
*Basic knowledge of the following
oCommunication and collaboration tools
oVideo conferencing
oBackup technologies
oMail filtering products
*Worked within SLA previously
*Experience within a customer facing environment
*Provide support across various channels including telephone and email
*Excellent communication skills


*Financial Services experience
