We are a category leader in embedded finance is looking for .NET developers to join our team. As a successful candidate you will take on a .NET developer role and help us build the entire KYC platform.
We are growing very rapidly, with around 150 persons this time last year and are now 500, but remains a small company in which staff are required to contribute to many aspects of their departments' roles in the wider business. The rate of change is very fast, and the role may also require project work being undertaken, sometimes at short notice.
What we look for in your professional skills:
You're likely to be educated to degree level or equivalent, with excellent communication skills (across all media) and possess the ability to 'get things done' in a flexible dynamic organisation without having to rely on line-authority over other team members.
*Strong back-end application development experience (2+ years) - ideally C#, and the desire to learn new skills. Proven record of excellent delivery.
*Experience with Cloud Technologies - AWS
*Automation and tooling
*Agile Mindset: delivering value in the smallest possible increments
*Team player: helping others is your key skill
*You will take responsibility and accountability to get results delivered
*Proven ability to adapt and learn new tech quickly
*Communication: you know how to translate complex technical situations into understandable language

*Good organisational skills and the important ability to thrive in a fast moving, dynamic environment that is both fun, but serious as well (we are responsible for other people's money and we take this and our regulatory responsibilities very seriously).
Role location and hours:
This is a full time role based in our Vilnius or Krakow office. However, following the Covid-19 outbreak, we have has adopted a hybrid home/office working model. Employees will be able to discuss and agree with their line manager any flexible working arrangements.
