I am working with a global fashion retailer who is undergoing a major digital transformation and actively growing their global Business Analysis team. They are looking for an experienced Digital Business Analyst who will provide key support on defining and implementing customer facing solutions.
Main responsibilities include:
Own, define and elaborate stories on the iteration team backlog, including definition of functional and non-functional acceptance criteria.
Refine stories to a sufficient level of detail to allow appropriate implementation of solutions and testing
Act as a proxy to the product manager and business as the key stakeholder / SME and decision maker
Manage the scope and traceability of stories throughout the project lifecycle
Design and model the to-be process, performing gap analysis and identifying areas for improvement.
Assist with the identifying and managing of risks, issues and dependencies
To be successful in this role you will need
Solid experince working as a Business Analyst in the digital domain.
Experience managing products through their lifecycle from idea to delivery.
Experience creating and refining user stories, acceptance criteria and process mapping (BPMN)
Understanding/experience with customer facing web applications.
Understanding of UX/UI and wireframes.
