Digital Analytics Consultant

Global Analytics Firm is hiring for a Digital Analytics Consultant / Analyst - Ad Ops. This is a permanent role based in the City, with a salary of £50K - £60K. This will be a hybrid way of working with 2-3 days in the office in London.

Responsibilities include:

- Support clients with entire spectrum of Digital Analytics with focus on digital advertising analytics
- Analyze advertising data to draw insights to drive critical decision making and recommendations
- Work closely with marketing, social, product development and UX teams to provide analytical support
- Working with data, including managing large number of data sources, analyzing data quality, and proactively working with client's data/IT teams to resolve issues
- Work on breath of advertising analytics projects like advertising inventory optimization, target audience segmentation, campaign measurement and effectiveness, post campaign profitability and viewership analysis
- Understanding of Ad-Operations, which can include designing, coordinating and delivering the implementation of marketing analytics tracking (Google Analytics, Floodlights, Marketing Pixels)
- Create and manage targeting audiences within DMP and Marketing tools. The candidate is also expected to identify opportunities and advise the marketing team.
- Deliver analysis and recommendations by combining several data sources (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Marketing Platforms)
- Provide insights, tools, and dashboards for digital monetization and yield optimization across platforms
- Formulate analytical findings into concise and easy to consume presentations
- Emphasis is on end-to-end delivery of data driven analysis

Skills and Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Math / Statistics / Economics or related
- 2-4 years of analytics delivery experience
- At least 2 years of experience in configuration of Google Analytics (GA)
- Proficiency in one scripting language like Python, Java
- Understanding of the digital media ecosystem & ad ops including ad exchange (DoubleClick/GDN/ Amazon Publisher Services), ad selling/buying platforms (DFP, DFA, AdSense, AdMob)
- Previous experience with DMP (Data Management Platform) or with audience targeting strategies
- Strong Expertise with Web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
- Familiarity with debugging and assessing analytics implementations
- Prior experience working with media vendors tracking implementation (Floodlights and Pixels)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Expertise manipulating large data sets, interpreting data trends and using a multitude of disparate data sources and tools
