A leading Infrastructure Services provider based in Welwyn Garden City are seeking a Data Architect to join their growing Technology department. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills and experience working between the business and IT team to design and deliver cutting-edge technologies.

The Data Architect will be tasked with managing the data pipeline and ETL process on a newly built analytics platform. Documenting of data architecture design and data models. And defining, documenting & presenting the enterprise IM solution to key stakeholders.

Data Architect's Requirements:

Required skillset:
*Proven experience as a Technical or Data Architect, capable of driving and delivering initiatives to achieve results
*Excellent communication skills
*Able to effectively communicate and negotiate with senior stakeholders, across both technology and business
*Strong technical background
*Experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) is essential
*Experience with middleware architecture
*Comfortable managing the design process from start to successful completion
*Experience with large scale projects and programmes
*Understanding of how to estimate the financial impact of technical architecture
*Ability to manage vendors and suppliers when necessary

Desirable Skillset:
*Oracle SOA experience
*AWS Certified
*ITIL V3 Qualifications
