Customer Service/ Administrator

We are working with a large consulting company who are seeking a Customer Service/ Administrator to join their team in Belfast.

Length of contract: 6 months
Hours per week: 20 hours - evening work; 4 hours each evening.
Office based work

Role Duties include:

DATA PREP duties include
* Receive bags from couriers and transport to RIC
* Escalate any late runs or missing bags to nominated person.
* Liaise with couriers and representatives as required.
* Prepare vouchers ensuring all facing correct way, staples, folds and any non-clearing items removed.
CAPTURE duties include
* Prepare machines, trays, tray headers.
* Image capture all vouchers sorting any jams that occur in the process following correct procedures.
* Ensure the quality of the image is acceptable and correct for the workstream.
* Ensure ISN is spraying on back of voucher.
* Complete any RTS items in a timely manner ensuring no stress on SLA
* Ensure all appropriate escalations and milestone check ins are made in good time.
* Undertake voucher storage activities

Skills required:

* Experience in Financial Service
* Administrative skill
* Might be asked to handle multiple tasks simultaneous
* Good customer service skills
