A 6-month Fixed Term contract based in London - Daily rate: £60,000 t0 £65,000 + Benefits
The ideal Programme Manager will be working on the Customer Experience Improvement experience.
*Previous experience delivering projects end to end
*Must have worked on Customer Experience/ Journey programme - at least 2 examples
*Contact centre improvement experience
*The ability to communicate with both Business and IT
*Strong communication skills
*Proven stakeholder management skill.
*Background in the following industries - Telecom , retail and technology
*Third party experience
