Cost lawyer or solicitor

My client has a very well established, and highly regarded, personal injury and clinical negligence department, specialising in multi-track work. They are looking to recruit a solicitor or qualified cost lawyer to join a specialist legal costs team in Manchester

The role will involve managing a caseload of cost files with other team members, and conducting all aspects of advocacy - CCMCs, Interim applications, detail assessments etc.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for drafting bills of costs, replying to points of dispute, and preparing costs budgets;
