This modern thinking business management consultancy has provided professional and management services to a range of SME's for 15+ years. They have continued to grow and offer more services to their clients, achieving approval and regulation by the SRA to offer legal advice.
They are now looking for a commercially minded corporate lawyer to join their team offering a range of advice to their clients. The client base typically includes technology start ups and SMES. The work will be weighted to advising on investment and shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, company secretarial matters, tax relief, etc. However, as the work grows, it's very likely that you'll be involved in a number of other areas, and being hungry and curious to learn is essential.
They are looking for a solicitor with a couple of years corporate and commercial experience and excellent client care skills. They have a collaborative and flexible culture and a hybrid working environment
