Business Programme Manager

I am looking for a Business Programme Manager to help lead the Project Management team and take a key role in the PMO function to educate the wider multi-disciplined teams across the firm to deliver programmes/projects for client software implementations.

What you will be doing:

-Require you to use your expertise to understand business and strategic goals to improve and maintain executable, well-defined project management processes for software implementations.

-Mentor and train a highly educated workforce on how to plan and execute client-side software implementations.

Main duties for the role:

-Work with the Head of Consulting, CFO and CIO to run the Project Delivery Board that is a key component of RPCT's project governance framework.

-Carry out weekly meetings with Senior Management to review the project portfolio, highlight risks and escalate issues.

Skills needed:

-Extremely flexible and pragmatic, able to learn quickly and respond to project needs and priorities.

-A self-starter with a high level of initiative and ability to work autonomously with limited supervision and management
