Business Analyst

The JM Group are supporting a leading transformation consultancy in finding a HR Business Analyst on a 6 month contract assignment.

The experienced Business Analyst will support the beginning stages of a key HR Transformation programme.

Key skills required are:

Prior experience of HR RFP processes and technology deployment.
Experience in documenting requirements at all stages of the project life-cycle during the RFP process.
Experience delivering HR software platforms multiple times for large corporate clients with multiple sites.
Strong stakeholder management skills with large complex organisations.
Strong supplier management/relationship skills.
Excellent written skills including business case development through production and analysis
HR operational background would be very desirable.
