Location: Gaydon, Warwickshire, England
Hybrid opportunity: 2 days in the office and 3 days from home
Important it is a contract role but with the possibility to change to Permanent or continue as a contractor.

My client is a worldwide leading transformation consultancy.

This is an exciting opportunity to join as part of the coaching team, you will be coaching 3 newly-created teams to deliver using Agile practices.

Experience must have:

* Agile development practices
* Knowledge of the different coaching stances and why they would be used
* Develop their people - act as mentor and coach
* Different coaching stances and why they would be used

Key responsibilities are to:

* Providing Agile knowledge
* Carrying out NH Team Maturity, assessments and using them to gain insight for coaching plans
* Onboard teams and provide agile knowledge and SM and PO specific training/capability
* Engage in creation/customization and delivery of content for bite-sized ongoing learning
* Can effectively facilitate agile meetings and events e.g. a Scrum Master sync
