2nd/3rd Line Support Analyst

The JM Group is working with a financial services client and is seeking a 2nd/3rd Line Support Analyst on a fixed term contract in Cheshire, paying a competitive daily rate.

The ideal 2nd/3rd Line Support Analyst will have the following key skills and experience:

*Proven experience providing tier 1 and tier 2 support of medium to high complexity
*Experience managing and troubleshooting incident from start through to resolution
*Previous experience supporting IT Service delivery and IT projects
*Must have a full clean driving license
*Good understanding of a vast range of mobile, desktop and network knowledge including Windows 7, Windows 10, Mac etc
*Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
