An integrated Advertising agency is looking for a proactive 2nd Line support Engineer to support an expanding IT team in the West End of London. The team are looking for a candidate who can be professional in resolving incidents and can provide exceptional customer service to a global team. They must have a passion for all things creative and have resilience to keep going in a fast paced environment.
Key responsibilities and experience:
1st and 2nd Line IT Support (Helpdesk and Deskside)
Google Workplace (G Suite)
Support, Email and Telephone
Provide solution(s)/workaround(s) to Incidents and Problems
Create, manage and evolve Policies, Processes and Procedures
Prioritising and managing workload effectively
Manage, build and deploy our Windows desktop environment
Contribute to overall IT security
Assist off-site pitches
Essential knowledge of Google Workplace (G Suite) User support and administration
Mailbox restore MBOX/PST from Vault
General Network administration and troubleshooting, TCP/IP and WAN/ LAN /Wi-Fi
Excellent knowledge of HP Desktops and Laptops hardware
Creating Images and OS builds using WDS.
Software and OS upgrading and updates
Good in-depth knowledge of MS Office, Office 365, Mac OSX, Win10 OS
Knowledge of McAfee antivirus
Solid network troubleshooting experience
