An integrated Advertising agency is looking for a proactive 2nd Line support Engineer to support an expanding IT team in the West End of London. The team are looking for a candidate who can be professional in resolving incidents and can provide exceptional customer service to a global team. They must have a passion for all things creative and have resilience to keep going in a fast paced environment.
Key responsibilities and experience:
*1st and 2nd Line IT Support (Helpdesk and Deskside)
*User administration within the following environments:
*Google Workplace (G Suite)
*Support, Email and Telephone
*Provide solution(s)/workaround(s) to Incidents and Problems
*Create, manage and evolve Policies, Processes and Procedures
*Prioritising and managing workload effectively
*Manage, build and deploy our Windows desktop environment
*Contribute to overall IT security
*Assist off-site pitches
*Essential knowledge of Google Workplace (G Suite) User support and administration
*Mailbox restore MBOX/PST from Vault
*General Network administration and troubleshooting, TCP/IP and WAN/ LAN /Wi-Fi
*Excellent knowledge of HP Desktops and Laptops hardware
*Creating Images and OS builds using WDS.
*Software and OS upgrading and updates
*Good in-depth knowledge of MS Office, Office 365, Mac OSX, Win10 OS
*Knowledge of McAfee antivirus
*Solid network troubleshooting experience
