The Role
The JM Group are currently recruiting a 1st Line Support Analyst to work for a prestigious real estate company in Central London. The successful candidate will be responsible for in-house technical support to external customers.
Due to the high-end level of customers you would be providing support services for, you will have excellent communication skills and a passion for giving the best possible customer experience.
With high end modern offices across the City of London and exciting growth plans for the near future; this is a fantastic opportunity in an established and expanding company.
The Responsibilities
As a 1st Line Support Analyst role you will be responsible for:
*1st point of contact for all IT related queries
*Setting up IT requirements for offices
*Configuring and supporting mobile devices
*Installing software to laptops and desktops
*Patching of networks and phones
*Install and configure IT equipment (PC's, laptops, printers)
The Requirements
To be considered for this 1st Line Support Analyst role you will have the following skills and experience:
*At least 2 years in a similar IT role
*Strong communication skills with a focus on high level customer service
Technologies such as:
*Active Directory
*SharePoint
*Office365
*Basic network, software and printing troubleshooting
*Windows laptops
*Android devices
If you have any certifications such as MCSE, MCITP, CompTIA, CompTIA+ this is great however it's not a pre-requisite.
